Daily Story
We agree to do a few things everyday. We know that these activities are good for us. We want to do these few tasks, mostly 2-3 good habits because they are important for ourself and our life.
Then we do hundreds of other things in a day. Some which we have to do, some which are expected by others from us. Why is it then that we miss those 2-3 good habits. It can be that one hour of morning walk or reading for 30 mins or eating a healthy breakfast (or skipping on as a part of fasting).
Every time we miss these three things, that time something else is more important for us than the most important things we choose. So who and what decides what we should do at a given point in time?
