Alcohol addiction had taken over my mind, relationships, and future. I was holding it all together on the outside, while falling apart on the inside.

Through recovery, I discovered something profound: The same patterns that kept me trapped in addiction were the same patterns that had been running my entire life.

Addiction is the ultimate conditioning. It's living a program you didn't write.

Breaking free taught me a universal truth: We're ALL running programs we didn't write. This isn't just my story — it's the human condition.
